Yes WMP is updated, so are codecs and all windows and IE. Everytime I try to play a WMP video on the internet, I get sound but no video, only pink and green lines. I updated codecs and tried to lower the video acceleration, but it won't stay, it goes back to full everytime. What can I do to fix it?

did you click ok after you lowered it. sometimes it takes a reboot.
